Thrive by Five’s website is a one-stop resource center to help District parents and caretakers navigate the city’s wide range of early health and learning resources. District residents should have access to critical information and support they need all in one place.

Thrive by Five is the District’s first comprehensive health and early learning initiative. Thrive by Five’s work is developed in partnership with all stakeholders who are implementing and investing in health and education services for families.

The Thrive by Five Coordinating Council works to measure progress of District and community-level initiatives focused on improving maternal and infant health outcomes and promoting healthy child development from birth to age five.
